RCAM Staff have a link. The link contains their name.
That link prefills the RCAM field.
The RCAM field is a variable and is used to calculate the CSF Office field below.
In the connector to Salesforce the user ID is set for the owner of the contact based on the RCAM field


Amber Goodrich serves as CSF’s Regional College Access Manager for the Southeast and Central Washington regions, which include Asotin, Benton, Columbia, Franklin, Garfield, Kittitas, South Grant, Yakima, and Walla Walla counties (ESD 105 and ESD 123).


RCAMs partner with schools, districts, and community-based organizations statewide to equip practitioners with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to help students and families navigate financial aid, career exploration, college enrollment, and degree completion.

Jocelyn Ibarra serves as CSF’s Regional College Access Manager for the Northwest

Washington and Peninsula regions, which include Island, San Juan,

Skagit, Snohomish, Whatcom, Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, Kitsap and

Mason counties (ESD 113, 114, and 189).

Joshua Morgan-Griggs serves as CSF’s Regional College Access Manager (RCAM) for the South Puget Sound and Southwest Washington regions, which include Clark, Cowlitz,  Lewis, Pacific, Pierce,  Skamania, Thurston, and Wahkiakum counties (ESD 112, 113, and 121).
