College Success Foundation Emergency Fund Request

We understand that students may encounter unforeseen, unusual, or unavoidable expenses that require financial assistance beyond their financial aid or scholarship awards. This application is designed to support students through one-time emergency funding.
Eligibility:
  • Students enrolled in the College Services program as a CSF Transition Scholar (HS Class of 2024), Achiever, Governor’s Scholar, or L1000 Scholar may apply.
  • For students seeking support under the Passport Scholar Persistence Fund, eligibility includes those demonstrating persistence in their education journey and in need of additional funding. Please click here to see more details about eligibility.

Note: If you cannot access your financial for either of the following 2 reasons, then submit a screenshot image from your FAFSA portal or upload a copy of your SAR (Student Aid Report) which can be obtained from your FAFSA portal. 1. You are a recent High School Graduate and haven’t received your Financial Aid Award Letter. 2. You have a financial hold on your account

You are a first quarter/semester freshman with no transfer credits or have not completed an entire term. 2. You have a financial hold on your account.
